Driver walked away without injuries Tuesday morning after his vehicle became wedged against a semi-truck at a Baldwin Park intersection.
Its crash was reported at approximately 6:27 a.m. at the intersection of Baldwin Park Boulevard and Dalewood Street.
Officers with the Baldwin Park Police Department responded to the scene along with personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department following reports of a traffic collision with possible individuals trapped.
As first responders arrived, they located a passenger vehicle pinned against the side of a semi-truck.
Its vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Camry, became lodged along the trailer portion of the 18-wheel truck as a result of the crash.
Both the Camry driver and the semi-truck operator were unharmed.
A Tow truck had to safely remove the passenger vehicle from the side of the truck and clear the roadway.
Its semi-truck was operated by Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc., a City of Industry-based company that distributes Chinese food products throughout the United States.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation by the Baldwin Park Police Department.
In recent years, Baldwin Park Boulevard and Dalewood Street have been the scene of multiple semi-truck-related incidents.
In August 2025, a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck left several individuals trapped; in September 2023, another semi-truck struck a light pole at the same location.

Su vehículo, un Toyota Camry 2021, quedó atascado a lo largo de la parte del remolque del camión de 18 ruedas como resultado del accidente.
Tanto el conductor del Camry como el operador del semirremolque resultaron ilesos.
Una grúa tuvo que retirar con seguridad el vehículo de pasajeros del costado del camión y despejar la carretera.
Su semirremolque era operado por Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc., una empresa de City of Industry que distribuye productos alimenticios chinos en todo Estados Unidos.
