An adult male was caught on cell phone video assaulting a victim, late Saturday night.
On Saturday, October 10, 2020, at approximately 11:45 pm, an incident was reported to 911 Dispatchers of an assault taking place.
The incident took place at Self Serve Car Wash near the 13600 Block of Francisquito Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park.
By the time Baldwin Park Police Department personnel arrived at the scene, the adult male and victim had left the scene.
The witness told Baldwin Park News, the victim was a Female. Baldwin Park News couldn’t confirm if it was a female or not, through the video.
The witness told us, he had seen the adult male, a bald man go up to the female, who was hiding from him and he proceeds to attack her as seen on the video.
She was on the floor and he kept trying to force her into the car after the attack eventually, he was successful.
Baldwin Park News reached out to the Baldwin Park Police Department to get further information on the incident but we were unable to.
