Burglary at a Baldwin Park apartment complex was captured on surveillance video during a nighttime break-in, providing a detailed look at how the crime unfolded.
Baldwin Park News obtained exclusive surveillance footage of the burglary, which was provided on the condition of anonymity.
Its burglary occurred near the intersection of Vineland Avenue and Rexwood Street in the City of Baldwin Park on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
In surveillance footage reviewed by Baldwin Park News, a vehicle entered the apartment complex at approximately 9:06 p.m. before parking outside the residence.
Two minutes later, at approximately 9:08 p.m., the vehicle backed out of the camera’s view.
Based on surveillance footage obtained by Baldwin Park News, the burglary is believed to have begun around that time.
Baldwin Park Police Department told Baldwin Park News that three suspects were involved in the burglary.
Two suspects smashed a window to gain entry into the residence while a third suspect remained outside in the vehicle, serving as the getaway driver.
Surveillance video showed the getaway vehicle remaining outside the apartment complex for more than 38 minutes while the burglary was underway.
During that time, the getaway driver could be seen repeatedly repositioning the vehicle while the other two suspects remained inside the residence.
At approximately 9:43 p.m., the two suspects exited the apartment carrying stolen property before returning to the waiting vehicle.
All three suspects then fled the scene in the vehicle, according to surveillance footage reviewed by Baldwin Park News.
According to information obtained by Baldwin Park News, the suspects wore masks, hats, and gloves throughout the burglary in an apparent effort to conceal their identities.
