Bicyclist was transported to a local hospital Wednesday afternoon after being hit while riding a bicycle in Baldwin Park.
At approximately 3:25 p.m., the Baldwin Park Police Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a vehicle striking a person at the junction of Illinois Street & Idaho Avenue.
According to the Baldwin Park Police Department, the Bicyclist was transported to Emanate Health Queen of the Valley Hospital.
The victim was last listed in stable condition, the Baldwin Park Police Department told Baldwin Park News.
Alcohol and drugs did not play a role in the collision, according to the Baldwin Park Police Department.
The collision’s cause was ongoing, and no other injuries were reported.
