A Man killed himself & his Stepdaughter in a Baldwin Park Murder-Suicide Shooting.
The Shooting occurred on July 23, 2020, in the City of Baldwin Park. At approximately 2:05 pm, the Baldwin Park Police Department responded to the 3300 block of Athol Street, in response to a 911 call about a domestic violence incident according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigators released more details about the incident, Investigators believe 58-year-old Wen-Dong Huang the suspect, gravely assaulted his estranged wife, shot and killed her daughter, before turning the gun on himself according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Upon the officer’s arrival, they found two deceased victims. A female adult identified by The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner as, 18-year-old, Siying Wang & a male adult identified as 58-year-old Wen-Dong Huang.
Who had suffered from gunshot wounds. A third victim also suffered from severe injuries and was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
A firearm was located and recovered at the scene.
The suspect’s wife that was the third victim is currently recovering from her injuries. The motive behind the Murder-Suicide is still unknown.

El tiroteo ocurrió el 23 de julio de 2020, en la ciudad de Baldwin Park. Aproximadamente a las 2:05 pm, el Departamento de Policía de Baldwin Park respondió al bloque 3300 de Athol Street, en respuesta a una llamada al 911 sobre un incidente de violencia doméstica según el Departamento del Sheriff del Condado de Los Ángeles.
Los investigadores dieron a conocer más detalles sobre el incidente, Los investigadores creen 58 años de edad, Wen-Dong Huang el sospechoso, gravemente agredido a su ex esposa, disparó y mató a su hija, antes de girar el arma sobre sí mismo de acuerdo con el Departamento del Sheriff del Condado de Los Ángeles.
A la llegada del oficial, encontraron dos víctimas fallecidas. Una mujer adulta identificada por el Departamento de Médico Forense del Condado de Los Ángeles como Siying Wang, de 18 años, y un adulto varón identificado como Wen-Dong Huang, de 58 años.
Que había sufrido de heridas de bala. Una tercera víctima también sufrió lesiones graves y fue trasladada a un hospital local por lesiones que no ponen en peligro la vida según el Departamento del Sheriff de Los Ángeles.
Un arma de fuego fue localizada y recuperada en la escena.
La esposa del sospechoso que fue la tercera víctima se está recuperando de sus heridas. El motivo detrás del asesinato-suicidio aún se desconoce.
