Baldwin Park will be hosting a Drive-Thru Food Event for individuals in need and affected by the pandemic. They will be giving food to 3,000 individuals in need. The Food Event will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Morgan Park near the 4100 Block of Baldwin Park Blvd, in the City of Baldwin Park.
The City partnered with multiple partnerships like Hilda L. Solis, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Los Angeles County Federation of Labor ALF-CIO, Labor Community Services, and UFCW Local 1428.
The City will be giving food to 3,000 individuals, or while supplies last. Line formation will begin at 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
The entrance to the event will start on Baldwin Park Blvd from Arrow Hwy.
Multiple intersections will be closed during the Drive-Thru Food event. Baldwin Park Blvd will be closed from Ramona Blvd to Arrow Hwy, Westbound Ramona Blvd at Maine Ave, and Eastbound Left-turn Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park Blvd will also be closed.
The event will take place rain or shine. Event participants must wear face masks & stay in vehicles at all times.
