Baldwin Park Police Department is investigating a disturbing case of indecent exposure that occurred early Sunday morning near Baldwin Park’s Teen Center, a well-trafficked area close to Baldwin Park High School.
Its unsettling case occurred at approximately 8:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2025, near the intersection of Puente Avenue & Badillo Street—an area heavily traveled by families, students from Baldwin Park High School, and local residents.
According to the Baldwin Park Police Department, a victim walking along the sidewalk was approached by a man described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, wearing a long jacket.
He allegedly exposed himself to the victim before fleeing the scene on foot, heading along Badillo Street, according to the Baldwin Park Police Department.
Startled by the incident, the victim quickly contacted the Baldwin Park Police Department to report what happened.
Baldwin Park Police Department’s Detective Bureau will now lead the investigation to identify the suspect and determine if this was an isolated incident or if others may have been targeted.

Según el Departamento de Policía de Baldwin Park, una víctima que caminaba por la acera fue abordada por un hombre descrito como un hombre hispano de unos 20 años, que vestía una chaqueta larga.
Supuestamente se expuso a la víctima antes de huir de la escena a pie, dirigiéndose por la calle Badillo, según el Departamento de Policía de Baldwin Park.
Sobresaltada por el incidente, la víctima se comunicó rápidamente con el Departamento de Policía de Baldwin Park para denunciar lo sucedido.
La Oficina de Detectives del Departamento de Policía de Baldwin Park ahora dirigirá la investigación para identificar al sospechoso y determinar si se trató de un incidente aislado o si otros pudieron haber sido un objetivo.
