Gates to Ted K. Gorrell Stadium opened promptly at 6:00 p.m., with the stadium filling with an eager crowd under the stadium lights.
Fans from both Baldwin Park High School and Sierra Vista High School showed up in force, cheering on their teams and creating an electric atmosphere. Fans eagerly awaited the 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
The Braves took an early lead, scoring 12 points in the first quarter.
Intensity grew as the game progressed, with the Braves extending their lead to 26-0 by the second quarter.
By halftime, the Braves had secured a commanding 33-0 lead.

Sierra Vista managed to score in the final quarter, but the game ultimately finished with a 40-8 victory for Baldwin Park High School.
